The Coventry City Council masterplan, which will take 20 years to realise, includes a controversial egg-shaped building which could house a library - people either loved it or hated it.
The scheme includes retail space, new public parks, residential blocks, offices and public buildings.
More than 3,000 people visited an exhibition of the plans during the consultation held last autumn.
